What's included
MEP works are run from first fix through to final testing and commissioning. A typical package covers:
- Wiring and conduit installation
- Distribution boards and earthing
- Lighting and power points
- Water supply and pumping
- Drainage and sanitary systems
- Testing, commissioning and certification
How we deliver it
Work is coordinated with the structural and finishing trades so fixings and chase work are done once. Materials are scheduled against the programme, and every circuit and line is tested before handover.
We work as the MEP specialist under your main contractor or as main contractor for the package. If you only need the trades on site, Division 02 can supply electricians and plumbers separately.
